Dashboard Overview: Key Features
eCheck Partner Portal
Login to the portal with your partner account credentials and access the pages below from the left panel
Dashboard
In the Dashboard, you'll find key analytics like monthly merchant performance, processing history, and commission summaries.
Merchants
In the Merchants tab, you can view a list of all of your onboarded merchants.
You have the ability to view associated rep from your organization, view SC agent, and monitor merchant status (see below) and last transaction date.
Applications
In the Applications tab, you can view all of your pending applications, with visibility into status and all pending items for each app.
Commissions
The Commission tab displays a monthly breakdown of your earnings from each merchant. You can filter, export, and access monthly PDF reports under the "Reports" tab.
The Teams tab lets you invite team members, find their signup links, check their status, and make adjustments as needed.
The Sign Up Link tab lets you customize your partner sign-up link. You can add your logo and update marketing messages to your liking.

Dashboard: Merchants are able to see all checks entered, date entered, the way it was entered, verification responses, deposit status, and cancel or make any edits to a check provided the batch has not closed yet.
Batch Manager
A batch is the checks going in on a given deposit day. This will show the merchant when the checks were deposited, amount, total and if they are any issues
Recurring Billing
Merchant can bill customer for same $ amount, on a monthly, weekly and daily basis, with any # of frequency required.

Signature Capture
Step 1: Fill out all your information and click "Draw Signature"
Step 2: Then use your mouse to draw your signature and click "Apply"
Bank Authentication
Powered by Plaid, bank authentication verifies bank account ownership, billing address and account balances using a payment link where clients need to fill out their bank username and password. Merchant’s customer is only allowed to submit payment if the account has sufficient funds.
Merchant view from SC Portal: Merchant creates a payment link, selects the Bank Authentication checkbox, and sends payment link to customer to initiate invoice.
Basic Verification
Basic verification is included in all SC subscriptions, and works in all methods of capturing payment. It will alert you if an account is closed, the routing or account number is invalid, or if the account has negative history.
