Dashboard Overview: Key Features

Paynote Partner Portal

Login to Paynote with your partner account credentials and access the pages below from the left panel

Dashboard

In the Dashboard, you'll find key analytics such as merchant transactions, processing volumes, and commission summaries.

You can filter this data by timeframe, and view trends. 

Applications

In the Applications tab, you can add new applications, and view all of your pending application statuses (see below).

You can monitor documents uploaded for an app, view or assign associated rep from your organization, view Paynote rep assigned, and resend the set PW link. 

You can also filter applications by rep or status.

Merchants

In the Merchants tab, you can view a list of all of your onboarded merchants

You have the ability to view or assign associated rep from your organization, view Paynote rep assigned, and monitor merchant status (see below).

Commissions

The Commissions tab provides a monthly report of your income earned from individual merchants. 

You have the option to filter and export this report for your convenience.

Teams

The Teams tab allows you to add sales reps or other team members to login to the portal with their own credentials. 

Account Settings

The Account Settings tab enables you to modify your profile information, access webhook URL on the Paynote API tab, and options for configuring your sign-up link settings.

Sign Up Link

Within Account Settings tab in the Paynote Dashboard. 

Here you can customize the sign-up link by updating its content and/or adding your company logo. 

Each rep you’ve added via the Teams tab will have access to their own unique sign-up link. 

Paynote Merchant Portal

Once onboarded, your merchants will have access to the pages described below with their Paynote merchant account. 

Dashboard

Merchants can view all recorded payments, refine the list by payment status, date, or type, and export the selected information.

Send a Payment

Merchants can send a one time payment to a client or vendor.

Send Mass Payouts

Merchants can send a mass payout to a number of employees or vendors with ease by filling in a .csv template with receiving accounts' details. 

Payments are directly deposited into the receiving accounts.

Request a Payment

Merchant can request a payment from a customer for a one-time amount, or set up a recurring billing cycle on a monthly, weekly or daily basis, with any # of installments required, and a set start date.

Payment Page

Merchant can set up a link to capture a payment from a customer. 

Links can be sent via email or text, embedded on a website, and can be reused for any number of customers.

Customers

Merchant can add a customer and authorize their bank account without charging them. 

They can access their list of customers who have completed a transaction, or authorized and connected their bank. 

They can direct debit/credit customers who have authorized future payments. 

Recurring Payments

Merchants can view all recurring payments set up, and cancel a recurring payment on the Recurring Payments tab.

Account Settings

Merchants can view their profile information, connected bank accounts, billing and plan details, customize email settings, branding, and more.
